To be eligible for a refund:
   •   The product must be sealed and not used
   •   The return must be requested within our specified return period (e.g., 30 days from purchase)
   •   Proof of purchase is required

Customer is required to pay for shipping .
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

EU Consumer Rights (Right of Withdrawal)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Following your notice of withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

Return shipping costs for withdrawal-based returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

This right does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, where applicable.
