Refund policy
To be eligible for a refund:
• The product must be not used.
• The return must be requested within our specified return period (e.g., 30 days from purchase)
• Proof of purchase is required
Refund processing time- 40 days
Customer is required to pay for shipping.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used items are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
