Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are free in The US and US territories.

Delivery Timeframes

Domestic (United States):

  • Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping — 1 business day

International:

      Lost or Damaged Orders

      If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at bacjacdrumcare@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

    Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped.

    Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time. International orders include tracking where available.
