This cleaning brush effectively removes gunk, hair, and grime from hard-to-reach areas in washing machine gaskets and drums. Customers praised its "well-made" design and "perfect shape" for cleaning. However, some reported durability issues with handles breaking and rubber heads tearing during first use, with mixed customer service responses.
The handle broke off from the head within one minute is using it. When I emailed and said it broke I got a FAQ reply that it can break. When I asked about a replacement I never heard back. Find another solution
I used the brush today and it snapped within about 1 or 2 minutes. Mayve I was using it too hard but anyway it did snap.

Will the brush break if too much force is used while cleaning?
The brush is designed to be durable and flexible due to its TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) material. While it is soft and flexible, excessive force beyond normal use could potentially cause it to deform or break. However, under typical cleaning conditions, it should withstand regular pressure without breaking.
Unfortunately, because you acknowledged that the damage was caused by applying too much pressure, a replacement cannot be provided under warranty.

I was hoping this would be the brush of my dreams, but it didn’t fit between the gasket and the drum like I had hoped and seen in the advertisement video. …and the rubber head ripped after the first use. It works decently for cleaning the larger parts of the gasket, but so does my $2 toothbrush.
Getting my DrumCare360 saved my washer! 2 college girls in their 20’s and a lab golden mix puppy makes for quite a dirty washer. It constantly needs cleaning from all of the hair it collects. Pre-ordered my Drumcare 360. I knew it would take a-bit to get to me but it was well worth the wait! Struggling to get my machine clean just became a lot easier. It was surprising how much crud you can find with that little tool. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a clean drum!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was the first customer to purchase the first few of the Drumcare 360 Washing Machine Cleaning tool! I was excited to see just how effective this new tool performs! They have recently arrived and I immediately ripped open the package. It has impressive material quality with a bit of flex. It’s not brittle or easily breakable! Immediate plus at first look!!! Then i brought it over to the laundry room… put it into action slightly wedging it around the top of the drum between gasket.. the GUNK , CRUD and lint that it picked up with minimal effort is weirdly satisfying and it got all that out with one circle swipe! Of course I didn’t stop there .. got into the lip of the lid and crevices… even scrubbed the reservoir where bleach goes and it took off that grime too! Crazy cool! I recommend this do dad! I keep it right by the detergent and after each wash cycle is over .. I make a sweep around! Easy Peezey Lemon Squeezy! If anyone opens the machine (doing laundry while visiting etc) they are going to get a clean machine surprise! Love it!!
I honestly didn't realize how much my washing machine needed this until I used it!! It fits perfectly into those hard-to-reach areas around the rubber seal and other hard-to-reach places. It pulls out all the grime you can't even see. So satisfying!!! The handle is sturdy and easy to grip, and the angled design makes it super effective without feeling like you're struggling to get in there. I love that it's simple but does exactly what it's supposed to do - and really well!!! Front-loading or top-loading washer, this is a must-have. It made cleaning the hard to reach places quick and easy. Highly recommend!!

Worked amazingly well. I can see where it pushed down the silicone bristles though and I'm not sure if that can be fixed or if it affects how it works

To keep your brush fresh and working like new, here is a quick, easy way to care for it:
Give it a good rinse: Wash it under warm water right away to clear out any leftover soap or dirt.
Be gentle with the bristles: If there is any stubborn dirt trapped inside, just use a little mild soap and gently massage the bristles with your fingers to clear it out and bring them back to their original shape.
Don't worry about mold: Because the bristles are made of high-quality silicone, they won't harbor any nasty mold or mildew, meaning your tool stays completely hygienic and odor-free naturally!
